Bought a new home and previous owner already reset

I purchased a new home with this lock and the previous owner reached out to Utec to change ownership but we haven’t heard back in a few days. My ticket number is 482992. I tried factory resetting the door which deleted all the codes and I currently cannot set new codes until this is resolved so someone has to stay home to lock the door from the inside. I tried calling during your business hours but the automated message told me that no one is available to pick up the phone. Can someone please assist?
