I have multiple U-Bolt Pros as we have 9 entry doors on our house plus garage and workshop and I only have this problem on ONE. The little door to where you use the key WILL NOT stay closed. Everything works fine except I have tried and tried to figure out what little movement I need to make to get that compartment door to STAY closed. ANYONE have that problem and a SOLUTION???

I have the same problem. The front keypad over the key insert fell open overnight and I don’t know how to make it stay shut.

Thanks for sending the video showing how to keep the front keypad closed. For those with the same issue, the video shows holding the keypad closed and then pressing the front of the two bottom corners. I’d had the keyboard taped closed for a couple weeks and when I took the tape off, the door had somehow re-set itself to staying closed (yay!). But I’ll remember the video’s technique if I ever need it again.
