Firmware Update Error

Just tried the Bluetooth firmware update again and it worked in a few minutes.
current version: V00.04.0050

lock version: 01.21.0023

@Frank I tested the Android beta to see how it worked compared to the iOS version. The Android app is so much faster in sending and receiving commands to and from the lock. I am guessing its just the way the mobile platform works but if iOS could improve the speed by just a little it would be amazing!

I just got the android app update to 1.8.0 beta 21 and im still unable to update the bluetooth firmware.

I was able to update Bluetooth but the firmware update just sits there with no progress - any advice/recommendation?

I did a hard reset and still get this too.

On Android, you need make sure U-Tec app has “Storage/Files” permissions in order for firmware updates to work. U-tec needs to fix this; as the app doesn’t seem to request this permission on its own.
