Failed to connect to the bridge

It has been days since I’ve been trying to reach someone from customer support but no human being is answering the phone. I’ve had the same issue and all I had to talk to was a bot on chat support that could not help. I have AT&T on my Wifi that supports 2.5Ghz, I’ve had one email response since and it has been slow. They said the problem is bridge but literally I’m about to go out of town and the response takes days.
