Same thing started to happen to me.

I have the same issue. On the main settings screen it shows unpaired, but with auto lock on, on the auto lock sub screen it correctly shows the sensor is paired. I think the new version of app has a bug. I have three ultraloq pro wifi locks and all three have the same issue.

Same issue and no way to unpair the senor but the troubleshooting steps say to unpair and try again.

And now it seems to be fixed. I paired the sensors again and they stayed paired.

Hi, I paired the door sensor & it worked only once. Every other time it will not sense my door is closed. I cannot find a way to unpair & re-pair again. How do you do it?

You can’t, there’s no way to unpair a glitched sensor other than to factory reset the device.

This lock, the software, and the support have all been total garbage. I’m currently returning it and going with a different company.

Has this issue been resolved for most of you? I am new to this conversation but not new to U-Tec products. Have very much enjoyed the fingerprint sensor function.
That said, the door sensor functionality is terrible.
Has anyone tried a 3rd party magnet/ sensor with any success?
It is simple enough to add an open/close sensor and create a smart home rule to lock the door - but I should not have to. That’s why I bought the U-Tec version with the sensor included.

Am hoping for a solution…

Same happened to me. The sensor stopped working and the support article says to unpair it. I’m not seeing any way to do it except resetting the device, pairng it back with a hub, and rewriting my ‘routines’.

@angry-v Hi there, we have contacted you in ticket #234897, please kindly check that in your e-mail. Thanks!
