Issue with sensor state and cannot re-pair it

It’s been a while my app is showing my door as opened and my auto-lock therefore not working. I decided to remove the sensor and pair it again. Now it just can’t be paired. The paring process ask me to let the door slightly opened. I do but when I confirm it keeps asking “please confirm the door is slightly opened”…

It was always a bit random how this feature worked but now it is just useless :frowning:

@Xavier2 Hi there, we have contacted you in ticket #242031, please kindly check that in your e-mail. Thanks!

Hi. I have similar issue every few months and solution is not to unpair sensor but to remove and then replace battery to reboot the lock. This fixes it every time.

Hi, I have the same issue now

Hi, can someone please help. Kind of a security issue when the front door doesn’t lock!

Same issue here. First time trying to install the door sensor and getting hung on that app at the “Please confirm door is slightly open” step

Hello, until a week everything was working fine but suddenly the status stops updating and is kept open, I tried to soft reset the lock with no success and I can’t find the option to unpair the sensor on the app, can you please point me to the solution, I will hate going back to a mechanical key but it seems this is going to be the way…

Hi, this problem has been resolved now. I restored factory settings and was able to pair the door sensor after that. A bit of a pain, but at least it’s working now
