I bought a ULTRALOQ U-Bolt Series - U-Bolt WiFi and I’m not able to connect to it once I’m not on the same wifi or in bluetooth range. Do I need to purchase a bridge? I updated both firmware and my app version.
You do not need a bridge for the U-Bolt wifi. Can i ask what exactly step did not go as expected. Please post a picture if possible. Or, you can ask customer support for instructions help. The WiFi should be connected to 2.4Ghz home wifi indeed.
Thanks - Actually, the lock won’t power up now. Replaced the batteries with new ones with still no luck.
