Codes not working when locks added to Air platform

I recently purchased 5 latch 5 finger prints for a commercial building.

After adding them all as new devices individually to the same location, I created 35 users on the air website.

I input all the 4 digit codes I wanted the 35 users to have and after adding the user to each of the devices, no codes work except the master pin I created. All the users will not have emails or phone numbers to be notified they were added as users as they only need a PIN number to access the building from these 5 doors.
I confirmed all the locks are connected / update and working but no codes works.

I deleted the devices from the app and they no longer show on the AIR platform but now all the locks work with the codes I put in for each of the users.

How is this possible. When I login to the phone app or air platform, no devices show up but all the PIN codes for the employees in my user roster work.
What the hell is going on?

I re added all the locks via Air and now the PIN codes don’t work.

Is each user required to have a login to the app for the PIN code to work ?

The fingerprint feature no longer works properly and we’ve received no support at all.
They offered us a small discount on a new door lock, but not the fingerprint. They are not replacing those because they know they are crap.
We only purchased it for the fingerprint feature.
I’m sorry you wasted so much money. We switched over to another brand and are much happier. Look up “hornbill”, it has a fingerprint feature as well.
