How am I supposed to progress my ticket if I can’t respond?
Another dead power supply and now I can’t even get through support.

It’s bad enough that the e-mail support seems to work overnight so you only get one turnaround per day unless you’re also up in the middle of the night.
Now, it’s broken completely!
Same, customer service email doesn’t work either… I have yet to successfully get anyone via phone during their support hours as well.
