Cannot reset or re connect Bridge

I had UL1 and Bridge working just fine (solid green light)
I wanted to re connect the bridge to a different wifi network (wifi)

So I unpaired the bridge from the app
I followed the instruction and touched the wifi mark on the ridge to get it to pairing mode

I could not

SO

  • I disconnected the previous wifi connection’s router

  • Now the bridge started blinking green
    (This happens when the bridge’s connected network is down)

  • And then I tried touching the wifi mark on the bridge to get to pairing mode

  • As you can see in the video it does not blinking or solid yellow.
    Hence I cant get it to pair

  • Once I restored the previous connections router

  • The bridge again starting to give me solid green like it is connected

  • But I had already unpaired the bridge

I dont know if touching wifi mark on the bridge does anything

What do I do ?

Do what you want you need to unpair the bridge in the app and hold the button down for at least 10 seconds (maybe a little longer) before the bridge goes into pairing mode.

It did not unpair when I did that

Hi Eli- what’s the fix for the fast flashing green light? I have two bridges that both fast flash green and do not respond to holding the Wi-Fi spot (30 seconds was my longest try…. Please advise!!
