Can the Admin also be a User?

Hi,

Air is a great step forward.
Can the Admin also be a User?
I can’t create a user for my self because email/phone already recorded in my Admin settings.

Any way around this?

Allan,
The Admin/Owner account has the main Admin Code for ALL the locks under Air. You can use that if you wish, but note there is a slight security issue with using that main code as you definitely don’t want that exposed . You can also use the App to enter your fingerprints if available. Hope that helps.

Issue is, I am admin, and I can’t make myself a regular user unless I use a new email address.

Allan,
Are you are unable to create another account due to having only one cell phone right? I’ve encountered that issue myself when I make test accounts. You can skate around the email issue by creating an email specifically for the OWNER/ADMIN and install the lock onto that account. You will have to remove the lock from the current account though. After installing the lock onto the new email address, use Air to create a user using your personal email and you won’t need another cell phone number.
