I believe I’m following the correct steps to connect to my z-wave hub but it’s not finding the lock and timing out. I’m using Home Assistant (Blue) with the Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5. I have one other z-wave device which has been connected and working consistently for a few years.

@Matthew15 Matt hey Sounds like the devices are not completing he inclusion process properly. You could look through the logs to verify or just try this. Recommendation would be to be within 10-15ft of interface in your case the Z-stick Gen 5. With the locks since there battery powered I bring them close to my interface and include confirm inclusion and then install. Steps I would take are gets locks close to interface and exclude from Z-Wave interface and then include again. A quick way to check if the inclusion worked is too check JS frontend and see if it shows security on device. Hopefully that helps.
