Bolt Jammed - there is never a reason for this

This is a brutal product, this is the 3rd time I’ve had the same issue in a year. How can this be so bad, I’m sick of changing the batteries, the customer service doesn’t even exist. always says bolt jammed and there is no reason for it, my house stays unlocked more than it does locked with this piece of rubbish.
