Blinking Red Light

Recently when I manually unlock my Pro the red light blinks then continues to turn on and off. I can’t access the lock from the app till I manually lock the device.
When I used the app(when it decides I can connect) I can unlock the device and the light blinks red once then stops.
I turned off smart alerts thinking that was the problem since I wasn’t receiving them but no difference.
Any thoughts?

Did a major reset of everything and it appears the problem has been fixed.

Found the reply. Very hard to find tickets based upon ticket number.
Thanks. Appears the lock is more stable. I hope it stays that way.
