Batteries die after a week

I’ve had my u-bolt pro for almost two months and I can’t get batteries to last more than 1-2 weeks. We don’t hav much traffic this shouldn’t be happening. I bought the U-tec batteries and the same. Is there anything I’m doing wrong?
