Auto unlocks while in house

Hi, My U-bolt unlocks when get close to my house. and locks when I close the door from inside the house. Then later in night, sometimes while in bed, it triggers “Home” mode again and unlocks the door. It must go to “away” mode briefly? I am guessing. How can I prevent this from happening? Just disable home / away as only option?

Your Away/Back mode should be setup as automatic. I suggest you make the following settings: Enable Auto Unlock / Auto Unlock Activated / Away Mode Activated. I have my Geofence Range set at 300 meters, which is good enough to auto-unlock. Mine works perfectly with these settings.
