You got duped as well. It is one of those things I wish I knew before I purchased many of these locks. And many other features DO NOT WORK AS Advertised. You can not schedule the lock to unlock or lock at any time that you wish, it will not work. The lock can Not schedule it and No App can schedule it. The lock will lose Bluetooth connectivity and Wi-Fi connectivity and the only way to get it back on is take the batteries out and put the batteries back in. There is no work around. Great nonworking feature when you’re remote. Now let’s talk about the fingerprint recognition. Oh joy joy have fun with that one. Oh Boy, how about setting up one of the scenes they feature for when you’re home, away, sleeping, convenient scheduling not one of them work.
Then there is communicating with tech support…. Ah fun fun fun. You will sent photos, documents, situations, logs and then lo and behold, you will get a notice that they will consider the situation closed and resolved.
And then it really bums me out when you keep getting ads and the advertisements that all these feature works and endless email sales that you get really pisses me off.

Hi Mike4 - I can only speak to my own experience with a bluetooth-only lock and a bridge. I can and do control the lock using the Google Home app on my iPhone. Auto-lock unlocks at least 90% of the time. I have no problem with BT connectivity and, of course, in my case the WiFi connectivity is through the bridge. My daughter has the same lock and the same performance.
That said, there are certainly many people posting here who report problems like yours… but like you they usually don’t have the lock-bridge combo that I have.
