I’m using UL1 and on app v 2.1.7.10. When adding new user I only see option adding temporary and normal user type. I have a new tenant, and need to grant him admin access so he can add new accounts.

No - I ended up sharing my account details with the tenant.
Thanks for the prompt response. I seem to have fixed it by logging in as the owner of the lock rather than another admin user. Not sure if that is expected or unexpected behaviour but it sorted it!!!
