Glynn, I believe I had to do that with different locks also. It’s part of the Alexa or Google Home rules. Doubt we have any control over that. Let us know if you know of anyone that can without the code and I’d be glad to check it out. Thank you.

I have the opposite problem, i am unable to set a passcode for voice commands to unlock… meaning someone can simply shout to google from outside to unlock the door! I’ve looked everywhere on both apps and have the latest firmware.
