Extremely. I’d love to see this functionality more tightly integrated.
Personally, I’m a strong proponent for Home Assistant and use it for just this purpose. I purchased the Z-Wave version of the Ultraloq U-Bolt Pro specifically to integrate with Home Assistant and enable just this functionality. I would be very happy to see an official interface from U-tec locks directly to Home Assistant via an officially supported integration. Ideally, this interface would be a local interface (directly from lock to a locally running home assistant instance, bypassing any external cloud access so the interface worked with, or without, internet access.)
