My UltraLoq Pro won’t connect to my WiFi. When I go in through the app, it find the WiFi, says it configuring, then fails. My phone is on my 5Ghz network, but the connection information is identical to the 2.6Ghz network. Furthermore, if I go on my router I see the Loq is connected.
I’m at a loss as to how to connect it, I don’t own a device that connects to my WiFi at 2.6Ghz that could configure it.
