U-Bolt Pro disconnects from BT and WiFi

Installed U-Bolt Pro, I am able to lock and unlock via phone. Five minutes later connection is lost and I must remove batteries, then reinsert. U-Bolt Pro connects to my phone for another few minutes then connection is lost again. When connection is lost key is the only way to open the lock. Also unable to update firmware due to connectivity issue.
