How can I transfer user info from old lock to new lock?
I have 2 Locks Currently…Once a user is added to one lock…that profile is only for that door. I haven’t found a way to just add the profile to the other lock. I have to add them Separately…and grant the same email address access to the new lock. Then both locks show up in the App once the user logs in to the app. (if you give them App Access)
I’d like to see this feature as well. Helps when locks get upgraded, broken/replaced, temporary for our building
