The lock is fantastic but app is quite unreliable

Lock keeps disconnecting from WiFi
And I can never trust the remote operations
I want to let in a guest when I am out I tried opening it from app
Did not work
I had to text them the passcode to enter
This makes it really an ordinary offline lock
This needs to be addressed

I am having the same issues. The app is incredibly unreliable. Disabling auto-lock on front and/or back door results in failure every time.

The “WiFi Pro” lock shows disconnected even with updated firmware and up-to-date application settings.
