Replaced battery but lock connection failed

Once again, I see “lock connection failed”, this time after changing batteries. Positions are correct, I unplugged the bridge and turned off my IPhone.

Thank you but it still doesn’t connect. I already have the latest software. I took out a battery and reinserted it. I also unplugged and replugged the bridge.

I finally got it to work in the house. I will test it soon when I leave. Thank you.
