Logs not consistant

Hi, Ive gone through countless email w support and they are giving non answers or irelevant answers so hopefully I can find some insight here.

My wife and I both use the app on our phone to control our ultraloq pro, im on android, shes on IOS. Our local and cloud logs are inconsistant to each other. Support claims the cloud inconsistancies are because of network dropouts, however, I track my netowrk connection and it is stable with no disconnection issues. I cant seem to get an explanation on local log files being different and inconsistant from eachother. We are both at home and connected. Is this a bug or is there another explanation for why I may not be recieving events that my wife is? TIA
