Came home from vacation after 18 hours of traveling. New lock has only been installed for a month and we’re locked out. Keypad is dead. None of the app features were working as lock was disconnected. Our ring camera is working and connected. All I can figure is something killed the battery. Which the app says is at medium. Waiting on a locksmith. Will be replacing with a more reliable product. U-tec where do I send the locksmith bill to? Thanks. Enjoying the company of my grumpy gf. Sincerely unsatisfied customer.
