Any have luck with children’s fingerprints? I’ve been able to train my 7-year-olds print but the lock never recognizes it to unlock. Would be great if she could get in on her own but I’d rather not give her a PIN that she might share.

I found that it works best if you add the same finger multiple times as different fingers. Each time slightly inputting the finger differently. Small fingerprints are hard to get successful readings on especially if they are reaching up to the lock.

Hi,

The Children might have a small fingerprint, which cannot cover the whole sensor, so the sensor might not be waked up.

When your child touches the fingerprint sensor, please also touch the metal ring around the sensor at the same time, it should be helpful.
