Cannot connect bridge-- blank screen

I can’t get a new bridge to connect. Can’t even get an option, after selecting “bridge” from “add device.” Just a blank screen. FWIW, other products do show up after selecting from “add item.”

The bridge is not a device or item. After setting up your lock using Bluetooth, you (BT) pair the bridge to the lock and add the bridge to your WiFi network following the instructions that should have been in the package or go to the Utec support page and search for “setting up bridge”. The short answer is you go to settings/bridge in the app, but read the support page first so you have everything set right before you begin.
