Can I purchase the medium drive gear for the U-Lock

My U-Bolt Pro Series lock is not working. It is out of the 18 month purchase warranty however the warranty proclaims that all ultraloq’s come with a lifetime mechanical parts warranty. My lock has a missing tooth on the medium gear/sprocket which does not allow my lock to open when locked. it will allow it to close when open. How do I get that gear.

I really hope someone can help me. It’s an expensive lock and I love it! I just want it to work.
