Bolt does not retract far enough

I have bolt that does not retract all the way everytime (needs to retract about 2-3 mm) more.
Is there an adjustment i can do to resolve this?

What was this solution? I’m having the same issue and it’s very annoying you have a forum for questions but won’t put in the solution.
