Agreed. 5 min refresh is a bit much.
The battery level doesn’t actually update in Z-Wave. My lock has never reported anything but 100%.
My battery % updated over zwave. My batteries finally ran down to 16%. I had an event setup in Homeseer to send message when low (<20%), which it did. The Utec app did not yet report as low, which was interesting. Later that same day the lock started beeping and red LED and app showed low.
did we ever get a resolution on this? I too would like to not have the battery report status hundreds of times a day
