Android 14. Google Pixel 8. No wifi

I moved from Google Pixel 3 to 8. Moved my app to the 8. Ultraloq works fine but I can’t access it via wifi and my cell phone. I have a bridge. While home I can. Abroad I can’t access my lock.
Any advice appreciated.
