Ultraloq U-Bolt Pro homeassistant problem

I have the Ultraloq U-Bolt Pro, I added it to Homeassistant, but its not detecting the Door sensor, and its on firmare 1.1.3 and when i click update it says Failed, and the utec app says its not paired with a zwave hub, I am running HAOS and on latest version
