I have 3 of them , one in front door , 1 in bedroom and other in garage since 2017. The one in bedroom the bluetooth no longer detect blue light still flashing, same issue with the one in garage plus another problem each time you unlock with fingerprint or pin, its wont unlock even its said unlocked have to try it like 5 to 6 times to get it unlock. And the one in Front door exposed to heat and cold weather the most , however the bluetooth only works on this one, but this door rarely used and the same mechanisms issue cant get it unlock. I just learned that’s these have lifetime mechanism am I able to get it ?
