UL3 Notifications?

So some of my residents are getting notifications from their UL3 locks and some aren’t. I’ve got about 22 locks with 5 Latch 5’s and the remaining being UL3’s. They are all iPhone users and I am the admin on 4 of their locks for assistance. Of those 4, I have 2 locks that send notifications just fine and 2 that will not, so I know it’s not my phone settings. Is there something else to check that anyone else knows of?
