U-Bolt Pro Zwave Join Without App

According to the specification document for the U-Bolt Pro Zwave lock posted on the zwave certification website, I am supposed to be able to join the lock to my zwave network without the app. Here is the doc for reference: https://products.z-wavealliance.org/ProductManual/File?folder=&filename=product_documents/4115/U-Bolt%20Pro%20Z-Wave%20specification%20manual-V1.0.pdf . At what point do I have the Press the “5” button to enter inclusion mode ? I do not have the ability nor the desire to use the app to join a local device to a local controller so please don’t suggest it.
