I’ve had nothing but trouble with Smart Notifications lately. Now all my Smart Notifications are gone. When I try to recreate them, it either times out or the app crashes. I can still see activity in the logs, but Smart Notifications have been sketchy for months, and now seem to be totally unavailable. Anyone else?

No smart notifications working for me either. You guys even sent me a new lock, still not working. What gives?
Since the newest update, my shared admin account does not receive app notification of any kind. My app still receives app notifications. The tutorial to enable shared accounts to receive app notifications is for the old program. The instructions are not valid because the new app does not have the same options.
