Multiple Issues with integrations and user scheduling since moving to Air

I recently moved my locks from the App to Air. I like the platform but have a few issues. Since I moved the locks I cannot unlock them from Alexa, the smartphone app, or the air website.

Additionally, when setting users schedules, the end time will not change from 23:59.

Would it be possible to assign schedules to users in a single screen and then the schedule would be sent to each lock that user has access to?
