iPhone widget Missing

I can not get the U-Tec widget on my iPhone running iOS 17.1.2 I tired to follow the instruction on the u-tec website but I have had no luck.

Hi, I was able to add the U-tec widget with iOS 17.2. Unfortunately I have already upgraded to the latest. iOS. Can you try updating your iOS and try again? Thank you.
