The auto lock needs a snooze option. Sometimes I have a contractor coming and going a lot for just a few hours and I don’t want to setup their own account, so instead I have to turn off the auto lock and then later I need to remember to turn it back on. This lock is so smart, this should be easy!
Hello Shawn, got you feedback. But i’m thinking why you don’t want to set new accounts for them. Beacause of the long setup process? Would you just need a one-time code for them instead of auto-lock snooze option?
I have a u-bolt pro on my studio door in my house to keep it secure while my wife is busy leaving doors unlocked etc. throughout the day.
Early in the morning or when I have friends here doing music, it would be very useful to be able to disable/snooze auto lock for a set period e.g. I would regularly want to disable it for 3 hours.
The early morning use case is to make less noise as I come and go in search of coffee while my wife is asleep.
I do not want to add everyone to the lock, just be able to leave the room unlocked for periods of time and now have to remember to re-enable the auto lock.
Currently the easiest way for me to do this and leave a visual reminder to re-enable it is to pop out a battery and leave in on the battery cover by the door, which is not a very elegant solution.
