ANSI is a private non-profit organization composed of thousands of members to build standards for US products that buyers can have a straightforward shopping experience. ANSI grading system helps guarantee buyers that they are purchasing products that have been approved with high performance. We know most of our buyers are purchasing smart locks for residential use. However, we are voluntary to provide you the top-tier commercial security to protect you, your family, and your property. Furthermore, Lock Commercial Grade 1 is the most strict lock ratings that ANSI has established so far.
According to ANSI standard (ANSI Code 156.36 & 156.25), our locks met the below requirements:
- Proved for more than 250,000 workable times
- Sustained a minimum 3,600 Ibf (16,000N) pull strength
- Undertook at least 75ft - Ibf (100J) for 10 blows
- Withstood extreme temperature from -31℉ to 151℉
- Passed the 240-hour Salt Spray Test
