I’m the only one with firmware 01.50.0020 on my Ubolt pro ?

@Carrie - how can I rollback my firmware? The version I am on has disabled the functionality for using fingerprint to unlock (however fingerprint enrollment works fine) and auto unlock does not work either (it worked occasionally before, but now nothing) - this appears to be software/firmware related and has been reported by many users. Would love to get support on this, without the default answer being to just buy another lock.

What do you mean by disabling? Could you please try more fingerprints and send us the video about this?

Good of you to update firmware, hope it makes for a better product.
Glaring missing improvement is that of the Auto Unlock feature.
Even with this latest firmware upgrade still terribly dysfunctional and a feature that I would consider to be a major marketing point.
Such a shame really…

Hi @Carrie - sorry for the delay, I have not had a chance to make a video yet, but here is a full thread of users with the same issue that provides the descriptive details:

With the hardware (fingerprint scanner) working fine & responsive for fingerprint registration, the issues appear to be software/firmware related and should be resolved with an update.
