Transferring ownership of lock after selling house

I am selling my house, with U-Tech U-Bolt Pro-2 (including Bridge.) I can’t find any info in the help section (or when googling) on how to transfer ownership of the lock to new owners when moving and leaving the lock behind. Please help. Thanks.

I came to learn but there is no-one around…

I guess they need to factory reset and take it from there…
