Time stamp not correct and device stated I went out

The product has been exchanged for a new product and has been freshly setup, yet
The product time stamp of military time isn’t correct for Bronx NY also the notifications states I open the door with my finger image between 6 am and 6:50am this morning January 27 no one left the unit nor entered the unit all day so how is this information correct. Please U-tec help me understand this
