It would be nice if when you click on the support button at the top of the page, if “Firmware Updates” was in the drop down menu, and that would take you to a page that listed all past and present firmware updates, and what changes they made to address what problems. That would be very helpful in letting users know what they can expect from updating their firmware, and if they are in need of the update for their particular use/application of the lock. Also a clear explanation of whether or not you need to be physically present near the lock with the app on your phone to get the lock working after an update. For customers whose lock may be great distances from where they are, access to the lock may not be feasible for long periods of time, and any updates should be optional until they can gain physical access to it.
