I have two “combo” locks and I can’t configure the correct lock direction in the app.
I’m trying to change it from the option on the right side to the left but it won’t allow the change.

Yes I did.
Assuming you have the lock installed correctly, you can follow these steps.
Hold down the inside handle of UL1. Whilst holding it down, use a paperclip to push the Reset hole around one second until you hear one “beep” from UL1. The reset hole is on the inside edge of the handle base.
I don’t think the app can do it. Nor reflect as this change.
