Cant re-register Lock

I moved my locks from on door to a next. When i was trying to connect it wasnt work. I decided to un-register it and register it. I am getting the Notice, " The Device has been registered in your account. Shared lock should be in shared address. Log out and log in again to refresh device list." I have done this and the lock is not in my list, i have even pressed the reset button but I am getting this everything i try to re-register the lock.

Erase the lock. Get a pin to press the reset for around 10 seconds till you hear it respond. This will erase the the lock.

I had tried that but it didnt work. The service team contacted me and it worked. Not sure what they did on their side.
